Saints of God and the baggage of "Debts"

2 Corinthian 8: 10 - 12
And here is my advice about what is best for you in this matter: Last year you were the first not only to give but also to have the desire to do so. Now finish the work, so that your eager willingness to do it may matched by your completion of it, according to your means. For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what he does not have.
As I read through this chapter in the bible, the Holy Spirit drew my attention to something that had been lacking in my life all these years and I believe many Christians also lack this knowledge. The Apostle Paul told the church in Corinth to give according to what they have but not according to what they do not have. So God was telling me, that in the same manner every child of God must live within their means. I remember very well in the year 2007 when I started getting letters from these major credit card companies that "I qualify to get a $1500 or more money on credit".
I was so excited and I started applying and responding to these letters. I even remember one brother in Christ warned me against getting too many credit cards and using it to owe these people but all his advice fell on death ears. I got as many as five credit cards over the years and used the money on each card for things that I don't even remember the importance of it to me but I bought them anyways, which I know many Christians can agree with me they've done the same. I know some people may have more than the five credit cards I got with huge amount of debts on them now.
The sad part is that they are all the manipulations of the devil to put Christians in handicaps. Because if you're in debt, then you are handicapped, why? because it cripples your life, emotions and it depress you. The time that I applied for all these major credit cards, I was a church goer but wasn't really obeying the voice of God. because I make decisions without asking God if it was okay. And when God sent that brother in Christ to warn me, again I refused to obey Him.
Beloved, when we missed the voice of God and do as we well please, the devil puts us in bondage. And debts is one of the bondage Satan put children of God.
Matthew 5: 25 say; Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still with him on the way, or he may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. I tell you the truth, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny. This is Jesus telling us to pay our debts if we owe anyone before we suffer for it. The devil manipulate our minds to go in for these loans, and credits, then the devil makes us use it unwisely, after which he departs leaving us in a big mess of debts to pay and we become miserable then turn to blame God for our miseries.
As a child of God you are been encourage to live within your means. Don't go buying a bigger house where you have to work three or four jobs in order to pay the monthly mortgage just because that mansion is beautiful. And don't go and buy or lease that flashy car which you know you can't afford then struggle to pay for it whiles you can't even pay your tithe or give to God willingly.
Over the years, as the credit card debts piled up and I was in and out of jobs which was all the manipulations of the devil because now he gets me where he wants me, when am always frustrated and my prayer life is always one-way to God; "that I may get get money to pay my debts". That is the lives of most Christians of today.
Many Christians are in debt miseries and don't know how it even started and how they are going to get out of it, while still others have been thrown into prisons for trying to steal from the Internal Revenue Service(IRS) which is all the devil's doing. When the devil suggest to you as a child of God and you don't ask God first before making a move then you fall into the trap he the devil sets for you.
So now, as I got closer to God and surrendered my will to the Holy Spirit to lead me and guide my life, my eyes are been opened to all these schemes of the wicked one. I prayed to God to forgive me for been disobedient to His voice and asked Him to help me get out of the debts so I can have money to do His work sincerely. And day by day, the Lord brings relief and my debts is almost been paid and God continues to show His mercies and do miracles relieving me from all these debts.
I urge every child of God who's in this debt bondage to pray to God for forgiveness, then surrender your whole will to God and never take a decision without asking the Holy Spirit to lead you to the right way. And as you do that, our merciful Lord will have mercy on you and relieve you from that debt bondage.
I want to give you the opportunity to give your life to Jesus and surrender your will to Him to be your Lord and personal savior so that He can give you relief from every bondage the devil has put you in. His word says in Matthew 11: 28 "Come to me, all you who are  weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Say this salvation prayers with me: Dear Jesus, thank you for loving me, thank you for dying on the cross for me. Jesus, please forgive me for all the evil things I have done. I am sorry. Jesus, I want to be a child of God and follow you, please teach me to do what is right. Jesus I want you to be my Lord and savior, please come into my heart, and fill me with your Holy Spirit. Jesus, please protect me from the evil one and save me, so that I may go to heaven with you. I also pray that you would save my friends and family. I love you Jesus, I want to know you, and be close to you. In Jesus name I pray Amen.

If you want me to agree with you in prayers and fasting, 3 days, 7 days, 21 days, or 40 days, I am willing to agree with you to pray. you can email me: midnightprayersministry@gmail.com
